The property is zoned M2 and islocated off Brick Kiln Road in Frederick County, Virginia. Only minor land disturbance to install SSF isproposed.Date of construction: Construction will begin following plan approval and will take approximately one (2) weeksto complete.Existing site conditions: The site is an open commercial/industrial storage site.Adjacent areas: The site is bounded by warehouse properties to the east, Interstate 81 to the north. West iscommercial properties. South is commercial properties and open fields. Adjacent properties are zonedM1& M2.Offsite areas: No offsite areas will be impacted by this project.Soils: The existing soil conditions were obtained from the NRCS Soils Survey. Refer to the soils map on thissheet.Critical areas: No critical areas are identified with this project.Erosion And Sediment Control Measures: Unless otherwise indicated, all vegetative and structural erosion andsediment control measures shall be constructed and maintained according to the minimum standards andspecifications of the Virginia Erosion and Sediment Control Handbook.Structural Measures:Install super silt fence (3.05) as shown on the plans to intercept and detain small amounts of sediment fromdisturbed areas during construction in order to prevent sediment from leaving the site.Erosion and sediment control program:1.Hold pre-construction meeting on site with inspector.2.Placement of sediment control devices.3.Obtain inspector's approval prior to stabilization.Note: The Frederick County Public Works and Engineering Department retain the right to add and/or modifythese erosion and sediment control measures during the construction process, within reason, to ensureadequate protection to the public and the environment.Dust control:1.Temporary seeding shall be applied to all disturbed areas subject to little or no construction traffic.2.All haul roads and other heavy traffic routes shall be sprinkled with water until the surface is wet andrepeated as needed to control dust.NOTES:1.THE SITE WILL USE THE ACCESS FROM THE SOUTH/CITY SIDE AS THE MAINACCESS. THE NORTH/COUNTY ACCESS DRIVE WILL BE USED AS A FIRE ENTRANCE.EXISTING ROADS WILL NOT HAVE TRAFFIC COUNTS AFFECTED.2.EXISTING INFORMATION SHOWN IS BASED ON FREDERICK COUNTY GIS MAPPING.3.THERE IS NO PROPOSED INCREASE TO THE ON-SITE IMPERVIOUS SURFACE,THEREFORE NO STORMWATER IMPACTS ARE PROPOSED WITH THIS SITE.4.NO LANDSCAPING OR LIGHTING IS PROPOSED WITH THIS PROJECT.SOILS MAPNTSPROPOSED FENCELINE
