This letter is to confirm that the above-referenced var iance ap plication was approved
by the Board of Zoning Appeals at their meeting on June 17, 2025. The request on
parcel identified by Property Identification Number 76A-1-32 for a 10-foot variance
to a required 15-foot rear yard setback which will result in a 5-foot rear yard setback
and a 5-foot variance to a required 15-foot right side yard setback which will result in a
10-foot right side yard setback for a detached garage. The property is located at 11 7
Callaway Court, Stephens City in the Shawnee Magisterial District.
