This application proposes a special event facility, a restaurant, and a campground/resort on a +/-44.25 acre property. The property is zoned RA (Rural Areas) and is located west of Martinsburg Pike (Route 11) and south of Vaucluse Road (Route 638). Following their review of this application, the HRAB recommended approval of the application. Thank you for the opportunity to comment on this application.
