We have reviewed the latest submission and despite a reduc on of the scope of the project, our opinion
remains unchanged that the intensity of proposed uses exceeds the capabili es of the exis ng roadway.

Dear Ms. Whitacre:
The Frederick County Historic Resources Advisory Board (HRAB) considered the above referenced
Conditional Use Permit (CUP) application during their meeting on February 21, 2025. This application
proposes a special event facility, a restaurant, and a campground/resort on a +/-44.25 acre property.
The property is zoned RA (Rural Areas) and is located west of Martinsburg Pike (Route 11) and south
of Vaucluse Road (Route 638).
Following their review of this application, the HRAB recommended approval of the application.
