This denial was for a 49.5-foot variance to a required 50-foot left setback resulting in a 0.5-foot left setback for an attached one car garage. The subject property is located at 143 Macaboy Lane and is identified by Property Identification Number 34-A-50 in the Stonewall Magisterial District. The decision of the Board of Zoning Appeals may be appealed to the Circuit Court of Frederick County within 30 days of the Board's decision.
