Re: Variance #06-25
This letter is to confirm that the above-referenced variance request was denied by
the Board of Zoning Appeals at their meeting on May 20, 2025. This denial was for
a 49.5-foot variance to a required 50-foot left setback resulting in a 0.5-foot left
setback for an attached one car garage. The subject property is located at 143
Macaboy Lane and is identified by Property Identification Number 34-A-50 in the
Stonewall Magisterial District.
The decision of the Board of Zoning Appeals may be appealed to the Circuit Court
of Frederick County within 30 days of the Board's decision. If you have any
