The revised site plan and landscaping appear to be adequate.
I will need two sets of plans to place with the existing site plan.
Once the proposed plantings are in place, please call us for an inspection.
Please also note that the supplemental plantings in the Category A buffer area will need to be enough to create the
necessary screen. Confirming the layout is by concept only (i.e. supplementary plantings) and the actual
plantings installed will need to be enough to create a screen adequate, and equal to, the 50' of existing mature
woodlands. In short, if what is depicted is not enough, we may require additional trees to create that
screen. Please call me with any questions that you may have

Please find attached the revised site plan sheets to resolve the landscaping and site lighting issues for the Carroll
Construction Office Complex project. These plans correspond to our recent discussions, your tree approval review
List, and meets the criteria of the Frederick County zoning ordinance. Beth has reviewed these revisions and we
both feel that they meet the directives for approval, as we discussed.
If you have any questions, please contact me. If you would like to receive paper copies of these plans, then please
advise me of how many copies you would like to have.
