Property Identification Numbers (PINs): 54-5-10 and 54-A-111
Dear Mr. Wiley:
Frederick County administratively approved Master Development Plan #03-24 for
Washington Commons containing a commercial area zoned B2 (General Business) and M1
(Light Industrial) and a residential area containing 158 single family attached (townhome)
units on December 17, 2024.
All requirements of the Frederick County Zoning and Subdivision Ordinance have been
addressed in the plan. I am providing you with three (3) copies of the approved final Master
Development Plan. Please ensure that these plans are distributed accordingly. Feel free to
