Logistics Park
Dear Mr. Pearson and Mr. Cheran
Enclosed, please find an application for a Subdivision Exception/Waiver, which
requests a temporary waiver and/or exception from Frederick County Subdivision
Ordinance § 144-25. The application seeks a temporary waiver of that regulation's
requirement that all utilities be maintained underground, for the reasons set forth in the
included application package. I .have also enclosed a fee check in the amount of
$500.00.
We look forward to the honor of working with you on this application
Enclosures, as stated
