RE: Wakeland Manor Phase 6
BC Project #: 03032.32
This revision is to change the curb return radius on the east side of the Owens
Lane entrance onto Macedonia Church Road. The curb return radius is reduced from
35' to 13'. The curb and gutter has also been eliminated in front of lot 10 on the
Macedonia Church Road frontage. (The curb and gutter remains as originally proposed
in front of lot 11 because additional right-of-way will be dedicated at that corner.) This
revision is necessary because of the cost of relocating the existing utility pole and the
developer's inability to obtain the additional right-of-way needed to construct the
previously proposed curb return. This issue has been discussed with VDOT and they
have preliminary accepted the reduced radius. If you have any questions or need
