We have no issues with the increase in water surface elevation of the 100-year storm from the existing conditions to proposed conditions, associated with the proposed box culvert. Therefore, we recommend approval of the revised subdivision plan. Please note that the slope stability analysis for slopes which are greater than 3:1 will be required prior to Land Disturbance Permit approval.
