RE: Wakeland Manor Phase 5
BC Project #: 03032.12
This revision is to add storm sewer structure #529B and storm sewer pipe
between structures #529 and #529B. This revision is necessary because of an excessive
amount of storm water runoff (2.4 cfs in a 10-year storm) that would flow over the curb
behind lot 196. This amount of flow may create a hazardous situation for vehicles and
pedestrians during a major storm event. Therefore, structure #52913 is added to
eliminate this potential problem. The water line in Prestwick Lane is also revised to
account for the storm sewer crossing. If you have any questions or need additional
information, please call me. Thanks.

RE: Wakeland Manor Phase 5
BC Project #: 03032.12
As we discussed with you earlier, enclosed are revisions to the referenced project. In
order to sewer Phase 8, we needed to lower sanitary manholes "5I" and "51)". Also, as
part of this revision, we have added the grinder pump/force main sanitary system for
townhouse lots 138 to 143 and the offsite Wakeman, Parcel'B'.
A detailed, sheet by sheet analysis of the plan revisions is as follows:
Sheets 3 - 4 and 7 - 8
Show the new grinder pump/force main sanitary system proposed for townhouse lots
138 to 143 and the offsite Wakeman, Parcel'B' and the connection of this system to
manhole "5U" on Berwick Lane.
Sheet 11
The plan and profile shows the new grinder pump/force main sanitary system and
shows crossing on the road profile.
Sheets 13 and 15A
The crossing of the force main and lateral system has been added to the watermain and
storm profiles.
Sheet 17
The sheet has been replaced to show plan and profile of the grinder pump/force main
sanitary system. (Formerly, this sheet showed the sanitary gravity system proposed
with Phase 2 to serve the lots and offsite parcel listed above.)
Sheet 18
Shows that manhole "51)" has been revised to a drop manhole.
Sheet 19
Shows the revised sanitary lines between manholes "5J" to "5C" due to changing
manholes "51)" and "5I" to drop manholes.
Sheet 20
Shows the grinder pump/force main sanitary system connection to manhole "5U".
