THIS DEED OF DEDICATION, made and entered into this
30th day of April, 19068, by and between T. G. Adams and
Rosalie F. Adams, his wife, owners and proprietors of the
hereinafter described subdivision.
VRIEREAS, T. G. Adams and Rosalie F. Adams, his wife,
are owners in fee simple of the hereinafter described property,
a plat of part of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof,
and desire to divide and subdivide a part of the whole property
in accordance with the applicable statutes of Virginia and the
ordinances of the County of Frederick, for such purposes made
end provided, and to dedicate the streets thereon to the use of
the public and to the County of Frederick and State of Virginia.

R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, T. G. Adams and Rosalie F. Adams, his wife,
caused to be placed on record a certain Deed of Vacation and
Rededication on the 6th day of October , 1972, and of record
in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Frederick County,
Virginia, in Deed Book 397, Page 395, of a portion of lots in
Section 5 of Echo Village; namely, Lots 20 through 26, which
original Section 5 had been dedicated and placed on record in
said Clerk's Office in May, 1968, in Deed Book 342, Page 10,
before the sale of any lots have been made; and,
WHEREAS, it is now desirable to vacate a portion of the
said plat recorded in Deed Book 397, Page 395, by increasing the:
size of Lot B to 22,500 sq. ft., by including Lot 20, and by
joining together Lots 25 and 26 as one lot totaling 15,000 sq. ft
and,
WHEREAS, a plat and Deed of Vacation and Rededication
has been submitted to the Board of Supervisors of Frederick
County, Virginia pursuant to the provisions of Section 15.1-481
of the Code of Virginia for approval of the aforesaid.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that it appearing to
the Board of Supervisors that there is no just reason why the
previous deed of dedication and plat should not be vacated and
rededicated according to the instrument dated April 18, 1.974,
which is signed by all of the lot owners in said subdivision
pursuant to requirements of statute of Virginia, the Board of
Supervisors of Frederick County, Virginia, do hereby adopt this
resolution granting their approval of such vacation and rededica-
tion as set forth in the instrument of the developer and owner
of said subdivision for the purposes of having the same recorded
among the land records of Frederick County, Virginia.
