REVIEW EVALUATIONS:
Va. Department of Transportation: No objection to the
subdivision of this property. Existing entrance is adequate
for current use however, should use ever expand in the future,
entrance may need to be upgraded. Subdivider/owner should be
required to provide maintenance/joint use agreement to cover
entrance since proposed property line x4ill divide it.
Possible language in deed may be appropriate. Also, see
letter from Robert Childress dated February 28, 1991.
Inspections Department: This request for subdivision approval
shall comply to Use Group "M" Mercantile Section 308.0 of the
BOCA National Building Code 111987".
Fire Marshal: Required fire lanes will be addressed on site
plan or building plan review. 1) All fire dept. access will
be addressed on site plan. 2) Access for fire dept. vehicles
must be maintained at all times during construction. 3)
Comments made during rezoning shall apply.
Health Department: No objections as long as total occupancy
of all businesses on lots one and two does not exceed
conditions stated in February 15, 1991 letter to the
undersigned. See letter dated February 15, 1991, from Forrest

than ten acres, no new streets and does not change the layout

developed, so there are no objections to dividing the

As per our meeting on Monday, February 11, 1991, this is to confirm the
restrictions you recommended to be put on this property.
1) Well water will not exceed 200 gallons/day and be monitored with a
meter.
2) No more than 8 employees will be allowed on the existing drain
field.
3) Leases will state employee maximum and water conservation policies.
4) One (1) gallon commode units will be used.
5) Water conservation signs will be posted in bathrooms.
6) Bathrooms will not be used by customers.
7) Any future sale of property will have these restrictions put in
deed.
