BARNETT, his wife, parties of the first part, hereinafter called the Grantors, and DAV-MAR ENTERPRISES, INC., a Virginia Corporation, party of the second part, hereinafter called the Grantee. Whiting, Special Commissioner, dated July 7, 1972, and recorded in the aforesaid Clerk's Office in Deed Book 393, at Page 124. Parcel 2. 25 Acres, more or less, located adjoining Section Two, Dav-Mar Village Subdivision, and being all the property conveyed to James E. Barnett and Ruth J. Barnett from Henry H. Whiting, Special Commissioner, by deed dated July 7, 1972, and recorded in the aforesaid Clerk's Office in Deed Book 393 at Page 124, less and except the portion of said property included in Sections One and Two, Dav-Mar Village Subdivision.
