Rosenberger and seconded by Kenneth Y. Stiles, BE IT RESOLVED, That the Board of Supervisors of the County of Frederick, Virginia, does herein request the Virginia Department of Highways and Transportation to accept into the Secondary Road System the following road in Darville Subdivision, Section II, Stonewall Magisterial District, pursuant to.the provisions of Section 33.1-229 of the Code of Virginia, 1950 as amended: Williams Drive from Darlington Drive (Route 1311) northeast .13 miles to cul-de-sac BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this Board does guarantee the Commonwealth of Virginia an unrestricted right-of-way of sixty (60) feet with necessary easements for cuts, fills and drainage recorded in Deed Book 385, Page 661, dated January 11, 1972.. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this request is contingent upon the posting of a proper and acceptable bond with the Virginia Department of Highways and Transportation.
