INC., a Virginia Corporation, Grantor, and DAWSON PROPERTIES, L.L.C., a Virginia Limited Liability Company, Grantee, whose address is 601 Lake Drive, Winchester, Virginia 22601. The Grantor desires to correct an error contained in the December 30, 2003, Deed of Gift of record in the Office of the Clerk of the Frederick County Circuit Court, as Instrument Number 030029557, which erroneously described the acreage conveyed in the Deed of Gift to be 3.204 acres rather than 5.00 acres, more or less. WITNESSETH In consideration of the foregoing, Grantor grants and conveys, with General Warranty and English covenants of title, all of its right, title and interest in and to the following property unto the Grantee in fee simple, to -wit: TAX MAP ID: 63-6-3 & 63-6-4 All of that certain tract or parcel of land, lying and being situate in the Back Creek Magisterial District, Frederick County, Virginia, containing 5.00 acres, more or less, and more particularly described as Lots 63-6-3 and 63-6-4 on that certain Final Subdivision Plat for Dawson Investments, Inc. prepared by H.
