PROPOSED USE AND IMPROVEMENTS: Division of one lot on existing Blossom Drive (Route 815), lot size — 15,512 square feet. REVIEW EVALUATIONS: Highway Department — No objection. To date, no subdivision plans have been submitted or approved for the extension of this street. Before we could approve any portion of this, it is necessary to have these plans submitted and approved. Sanitation Authority — Sewer and water is available to the proposed lot. Greenwood Fire Company — No objections. Must meet all County Fire Codes, Chapter 10. Planning and Zoning — No objections. Street is not to be extended, this lot fronts on the existing Virginia Route 815, Blossom Drive of Shenandoah Hills. Staff recommends waiving master plan requirements in this case.
