Approval of Final Subdivision Plat of Marvin Dove for two lots (3.292 acres and
26.123 acres) located at the northwest corner of Routes 659 and 656 in the
Stonewall Magisterial District.

REVIEW EVALUATIONS:
VA Dept. of Transportation - Please submit a complete set of plans for our
review. Plans for entrances must meet VDOT standards.
Sanitation Authority - 1) Tract 2 needs easement added. 2) Show easement
widths [some are 10' & some are 20'1.
Greenwood Fire Company - No problem with this preliminary plan.
Inspections - Shall comply to Use Group R - Residential Section 309.0 of the
BOCA Basic National Building Code 1987.
Planning and Zoning - No objections. All dimensional requirements for lot
size, etc. can be met. All subdivision and zoning criteria have been met.
The staff would recommend that the master development plan be waived.
STAFF RECOMMENDATIONS: Approval.
