THIS DEED, made and dated this day of
1975, by and between Elva S. Carper (widow), party of the first part,
herein called Grantor, and Thompson S. Wines and Pauline B. Wines,
his wife, herein called Grantees.
WITNESSETH: That for and in consideration of the sung of
Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, the receipt of
all of which is hereby acknowledged, the Grantor does hereby grant, sell
and convey, with general warranty of title unto the Grantees, as tenants
by the entirety, with right of survivorship as at common law, the following
described real estate, to -wit:
All of that certain lot or parcel of land (Lot No. 2)
lying and being situate in Stonewall Magisterial Dis-
trict, Frederick County, Virginia, near Sunnyside,
and fronting on the Southeastern boundary line of
the 14 ft. right of way known as Carper's Drive,
and beginning at an iron pin in the said boundary
lines of Carper's Drive, a corner to the lot appear-
ing as No. 1 on that plat of survey of Lee A. Ebert
said 3�t containing 10, 532 square feet, running with
the Northeastern line of the said lot, South 58' 28 min.
2 sec. E-80.66 ft. to an iron pin in the Northwestern
line of the Sunnyside lot; thence with the said line N
32° 18 min. 20 sec. E-83 ft. to an iron pin in the
Southwestern line of the Chesshire lot; thence with the
said line N 58° 28 min. 2 sec. W - 80.66 ft. to an
iron pin in the Southeastern boundary line of the
Carper's Drive right of way; thence with thesaid line
S 326 18 min. 20 Sec. W - 83 ft. to the beginning,
containing 6,693 square feet. This parcel is a por-
tion of that certain larger tract or parcel conveyed
to Russell T. Carper and Elva S. Carper, his wife,
by deed dated January 23, 1946, in Deed hook 194,
Page 551, in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit
Court of Frederick County, Virginia. A plat of the
said lot being attached to and made a part of this
deed. A reference to the aforementioned deeds and
plats is here made for a further and more particular
description of the property herein conveyed.
This conveyance is made subject to all recorded conditions,
rights, rights of way, restrictions and easements affecting the property
hereby conveyed.
The Grantor covenants that she has the right to convey
the said lot to the Grantees; that she has done ha act to encumber the
said lot, that the Grantees shall have quiet possession of such lot, free
from all encumbrances; and that she will execute such further assurance
of such land as may be requisite.

SUBJECT: A-95 Review
Health Systems Agency
We are in receipt of an A-95 Review Project concerning the designation and funding
of a Health Systems Agency for Planning Districts 6, 7, 9, 10 and 16. The agency
will participate in health planning and development activities in the area. A grant
application for $250, 000 has been submitted to the U. S. Department of Health,
Education, and Welfare by Area I, Health Systems Agency, Inc.
R is requested that the Planning Commission and interested persons
review the above project and provide us with any appropriate comments
and/or recommendations. I would like to have these comments by
December 11, 1975 , if conveniently possible. This would allow us
to present it to the Planning District Commission for their consideration
on that day.
The applicant has been notified of your review of the project and has been
encouraged to be available to you for a further description. Your con-
sideration and action concerning this re is greatly appreciated.
