Proposed Use: Two dwellings are already on the property.
Review Comments:
Frederick/Winchester Health Department -- No objection.
Va. Dept. of Highways and Transportation -- Satisfactory with
thirty foot (30') right-of-way from center line.
Dept. of Public Works -- No drainage or flood problems
Zoning -- Lot B does not meet the frontage requirements of
the Ordinance. Frame Barn encroaches on Loat A and the
twenty foot (20') right-of-way.
Planning -- No comment.
Staff Recommendation:
The staff recommends approval. The two houses are built and whether
or not the land is subdivided makes little difference.
Planning Commission Recommendation:
The Planning Commission unanimously recommends approval_.
