Box 601 9 COURT SQUARE WINCHESTER, VIRGINIA 22601 The Board of Supervisors has taken final action to amend the subdivision regulations of Frederick County to exempt lots larger than five (5) acres from County review. Accordingly, I am returning the plan and profile sheets and the plats for Section 4 of Brookneil without further action. Before you re-record this Section, you should be aware of the staff comments that I received. Laura Circle will connect to Forest Ridge Road in Stonebrook and should be named Forest Ridge Road as well, and drainage easements should be shown on the final plats.
