and is for a one -lot (street) subdivision. Per Wayne Miller, we should
have received an application and a fee for this; however, since it is so
long after the fact, we cannot rightfully require it.

THIS DEED OF DEDICATION AND PLAT, made and dated this

a Virginia corporation, of the first part, hereinafter called
Grantor No. 1; James R. Wilkins, III, of the second part,
hereinafter called the Grantor No. 2; and Frederick County,
Virginia, of the third part, hereinafter called the Grantee.
WHEREAS, Grantor No. 1 was conveyed land in Shawnee
Magisterial District of Frederick County by deed dated April 1,
1996 and recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of
Frederick County, Virginia in Deed Book 855, at Page 1384; and,
WHEREAS, Grantor No. 2 was conveyed land in Shawnee
Magisterial District of Frederick County by deed dated March 21,
1989 and recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of
Frederick County, Virginia in Deed Book 708, at Page 365; and,
WHEREAS, Grantor No. 1 and Grantor No. 2 desire to dedicate
for public use a strip of land, containing 27,639 Square Feet,
as described on the plat dated April 15, 1997 prepared by Edward
W. Dove, Land Surveyor, attached hereto and by this reference
made a part herein, to the Grantee herein for Route 658 (known
as Brookland Drive).
NOW, THEREFORE, WITNESSETH:
That for valuable consideration and the benefits that will
accrue by reason of this dedication, Grantor No, 1 and Grantor
No. 2, by their signatures hereto, dedicate with their free
consent and in accordance with their desire, unto the Grantee,
that portion of said properties set aside on the attached plat
for Route 658 (Brookland Drive), which portion of said
