Approval cannot be given until the owner is granted approval from the Office of Water Programs on both commercial properties. According to the plat, there is no easement granted to parcel one to allow a force main access to the existing system. A conference with the Environmental Supervisor I and Environment 1 District Manager, must occur before approval can be determined. This mound system currently will process 600 gallons per day. The owner must be clear on how much sewage and water usage will be processed from Lot 2.
