Sanitation Authority - This area is serviced by the City of Winchester Health Department - No objections as long as central sewer and water connections are available and utilized. City of Winchester - Water and sewer utilities are installed, including the lift station. However, the lift station needs to be examined and some minor additions made prior to operation. The following recommendations are advised: 1. The flare radii at the intersection of the access road and Route 651 to be 60' since turning lanes are not provided. 2. The typical section is to be revised, showing 6' fill shoulders and 4' ditch width. Since this is an industrial access street subject to truck traffic, the pavement should be upgraded using 3 1/2" of asphalt concrete B-3 and 165 #/sy of S-5 surface course over 10" of stone base. 3. Due to anticipated future development of drainage area B, the pipe at station 2+20, Road "B" to be increased to a 54" or 68" x 43" elliptical concrete pipe. 4.
