We recommend that the site plan design or designs for these lots adopt a regional stormwater design concept rather than four individual stormwater detention ponds. PLANNING AND ZONING: This property is part of an approved master plan for the IDC Industrial Park. This request meets all the requirements of the Zoning and Subdivision Ordinances.
