Section I Route 6, Box 152C Frederick County Winchester, Virginia 22601 Dear Bruce: I am returning the above referenced subdivision plans for additional information. Please note the notations marked in red on the plan. Listed below are the requirements: 1. Pipe should be provided under the two (2) connections of Pebble Brook Lane with Cloverdale Court. 2. A 20' drainage easement is required from the cul-de-sac, Cloverdale Court, to the stream. 3. We cannot take the Windcrest Circle section of the street into the system until further extension. 4. The vertical curve on Cloverdale Court must be increased to at least 250, to obtain minimum sight distance. 5. At the intersection of Route 659 and proposed Cloverdale Court, the sight distance is questionable. It will be necessary to remove all brush along the fence line to provide the adequate sight distance from the proposed street east. 6. A standard VDH&T stop sign is required at the intersection. When the above corrections have been made along with the drainage computation, please resubmit to this office for our review. KDW/ks Attach. cc: Mr. R. L. Moore Mr. C. E. Mattox Sincerely, D .
