Please advise the developer if Street "A" is to be eligible for acceptance into the State Secondary Road System, all Lot 13 & 14 entrance design and drainage features must be built in accordance with these approved plans. Also, the final subdivision plats of these two (2) lots will need to be revised to reflect the wider drainage easement along Road "A".
