wife, of the first part, hereinafter called the Grantors; and
SAMUEL T. TRIPLETT, and JOAN E. TRIPLETT, his wife, of the other
part, hereinafter called the Grantees.
WITNESSETH: That for and in consideration of the sum of
Ten Dollars ($10.00), cash in hand paid and other valuable
consideration, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, the
Grantors do grant and convey, with General Warranty and with
English Covenants of Title, unto the Grantees, as tenants by the
entirety, in fee simple, with survivorship as at common law,

Jr. and Carolyn G. Glaize by Deed dated May 4, 1993 of record in
the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Frederick
County, Virginia in Deed Book 796, at Page 1471.
Reference is hereby made to the aforesaid instruments for a
further and more particular description of the property herein
conveyed.
This conveyance is made subject to those restrictive
covenants contained in the Vacation of Restrictive Covenants and

containing 1.6078 acres lying and being situate in Westview
Business Centre, Shawnee Magisterial District, Frederick County,
