Bruce Edens, Land Surveyor, dated August 29, 1991, subsequently revised and sealed October 17, 1991, attached hereto and incorporated by reference herein, said strip of land being part of the property acquired by the Grantor by deed from James L. McIlvaine, Sr., et als, dated September 18, 1991, and recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Frederick County, Virginia in Deed Book 766, Page 73; and WHEREAS the Grantor desires to dedicate that strip of land, together with the drainage easements necessary for its use, as a portion of West Brooke Road, a public roadway, as depicted on the attached plats; and WHEREAS the County is willing to accept this dedication of roadways and drainage easements, NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the premises and of the benefits to accrue to it by reason of this dedication, the Grantor does hereby dedicate West Brooke Road as depicted on the attached plats, as a public roadway, and does further dedicate the drainage easements depicted on the attached plats for the purposes shown thereon. And the County, for and in consideration of the dedication, does hereby accept West Brooke Road to the public use.
