A pipe may be required under the entrance as well as the drainage easement across the property to a well defined drainage hollow. 3. Standard CD-2, Combination Undesrdrain, should be provided at approximately Station 2+25 (Brandon Drive) and Station 5+50 (Craig Drive). 4. Please be sure the developer understands the minimum requirements for private entrances. In the past we have had problems with the developer constructing private entrances not in accordance with the minimum require- ments. S.
