SUBJECT: Lot Line Adjustment Request
DATE: August 5, 1981
Attached, please find a request from Mr. Rick Ross for lot line
adjustments in the A. H. Underwood Subdivision. This three lot
subdivision was approved by the Planning Commission and Board in
March of this year.
The existing metes and bounds descriptions on the original plat were
not confirmed in the field. When construction plans were finalized
and houses were staked off on the lots, discrepancies were noted on
the existing plat.
The new request conforms to all County ordinances and the staff
recommends approval. If you have any questions regarding this matter
prior to the Board meeting, please do not hesitate to contact me.
