SUBDIVISION DESIGN PLAN CHECKLIST
The subdivision design plan shall be drawn at a scale that is acceptable to the Subdivision
Administrator. The subdivision design plan shall include a sheet depicting the full subdivision
submitted. The subdivision design plan shall include the following information:

Page number and total pages on each page.

Zoning of all land to be subdivided.

Memorandum
PHR+A has prepared a revision to the previously approved subdivision plan dated December 5, 2003 for
Section 3 and Section 4. The revision consists of the following items:
• Designate Section 4 into two (2) subsections, 4A and 4B
• Propose 6 additional on -street parking spaces in Section 3
• Propose 10 additional on -street parking spaces in Section 4B
• As part of the requirements for storm water quality and SWPPP permitting with DCR, we have
proposed five (5) Filterra storm inlets within Sections 4A and 413
The plan sheets affected by the revision have been provided with this submission; all other previously
approved items on the plan set have remained unchanged and therefore were not provided with the
submission. We have also submitted Request for Comment forms to Public Work, Building Inspections and
the Fire Marshal. Please contact us if you have any questions.
