Dear Evan:
Frederick County administratively approved the above -referenced final revised Master Development
Plan (MDP) on March 21, 2012. This MDP is approved for the potential development of 310.23
acres (66.1 acres of this total will require a future MDP to revision) of land in the R4 (Residential
Planned Community) District within the Stonewall Magisterial District. This MDP provides for the
development of up to 850 dwelling units (single family, townhouse and multifamily). The properties
covered under this MDP are located within Land Bay III of the project.
All requirements of the Frederick County Zoning and Subdivision Ordinance have been addressed in
the plan. Please note that approval of a subdivision design plan is required prior to the subdivision or
development of this parcel. I am providing you with five (5) copies of the approved final master
development plan. Please ensure that these plans are distributed accordingly. Feel free to contact me
