Dear Chris:
Frederick County administratively approved the above -referenced revised Master
Development Plan (MDP) on July 1, 2015. This MDP is approved for the potential
development of 926.27 acres of land zoned R5 (Residential Recreational Community)
District with a total of 2,130 residential dwelling units. The Frederick County Board of
Supervisors approved a waiver request for the Lake Frederick development to be served by a
complete network of private roads with MDP 906-14 on August 13, 2014.
All requirements of the Frederick County Zoning and Subdivision Ordinance have been
addressed in the plan. Please note that approval of a subdivision design plan is required prior
to the subdivision or development of this parcel. I am providing you with three (3) copies of
the approved final master development plan. Please ensure that these plans are distributed
