Administration Building at 107 N. Kent Street, Winchester, Virginia. This meeting is to consider
Master Development Plan #04-00 for Trex Industrial Park, submitted by Greenway Engineering, to
revise an existing Master Development Plan for industrial use on this property. The site is located
on the south side of Shawnee Drive (Route 652), 0.35 miles east of Valley Pike (Route 11 South)
and is identified with Property Identification Numbers 63-A-110, 63-A-110A, 63-A-110C (and 371-
1-1 which is located within the limits of the City of Winchester).
The Frederick County Board of Supervisors will hold a public meeting on the above -referenced plan
on Wednesday, July 12, 2000, at 7:15 p.m., in the board room of the Frederick County
Administration Building at 107 N. Kent Street, Winchester, Virginia.
Any interested parties having questions or wishing to speak may attend these meetings. A copy of the
application will be available for review at the Handley Library (temporary Loudoun Street Mall
location) by the week of the meeting, or at the Department of Planning and Development located at
107 North Kent Street in Winchester, Virginia.

Dear Mr. Edmonston:
This letter is to confirm that the above referenced subdivision was administratively approved by the
Frederick County Planning Department on June 17, 1998. In order to finalize this application, a copy
of the recorded plat will need to be submitted to this department.
It is my understanding that the "future roadway" illustrated on this plat will be designed, constructed,
and completed by December 31, 1998. As you are aware, this road shall adhere to the Virginia
Department of Transportation (VDOT) specification and requirements. Once this road is completed,
all associated improvements shall be dedicated to Frederick County for eventual acceptance into the
state road system.
