Accordingly Jasbo, Inc. will bond the construction of the water line in the amount of $10,000.00, by letter of credit from F & M Bank - Winchester and America House should likewise, pursuant to their agreement, secure a letter of credit or bond in the amount of $65,000.00 for the road construction. I am sending to you a prototype letter of credit that the county accepts with regard to projects of this type. Of course, the other details concerning the closing, in addition to the deed of conveyance, consist of the $42,889.00 cash payment with a note for the remainder of the purchase price secured by a deed of trust from the land conveyed.
