Subject: Arbor Court Extension - Punch List - From Route 50 To Route 1000
As requested in your letter dated October 19, 2oo6 (copy attached), an inspection has been
conducted on the subject street.

The following items (marked with white paint) were found to be in need of corrective action:
• Pavement has settled over drainage structure too' south of Route 50.
• Wings on CG-12 handicap ramp broken on west side of intersection with Route 50.
• Curb and gutter broken on radii, east side of intersection with Route 50.
• Drop inlet on north side of Gate #3 of Allied Systems needs cleaning and concrete swale
inside corrected.
• Curb & gutter broken too' south of Gate #6 of Allied Systems.
• Curb & gutter broken on south side of Gate #5.
Once these repairs have been made, please advise this office in writing so a follow-up
inspection may be performed. Please note, this punch list is good for sixty days.

The revised version of the referenced plan dated August 12, 2004 has satisfactorily addressed
the VDOT concerns reflected in previous reviews.
This letter serves as our VDOT approval of the plans and permits their use as the appropriate
pavement marking and signage guideline for the project.
