COLE and MILDRED F. , his wife, of the one part, hereinafter called the Owners; the COUNTY OF FREDERICK, VIRGINIA, of the other part, herein - called the County. WHEREAS, the Owners do own in fee simple that certain tract or parcel of land lying and being situate on the south side of State route #7, more particularly described by plat and survey of H. Bruce Edens, C.L.S., attached hereto and as a part hereof; and, WHEREAS, the Owners do now desire to subdivide said land into an industrial park to be known as the "Ash Hollow Industrial Park", being a portion of the land conveyed to the Owners as more particularly set out on page 1 of the Surveyor's Certificate attached to said survey. NOW, THEREFORE, this Deed of Dedication. WITNESSETH: That for and in consideration of -the sum of One ($1.00) Dollar, and other valuable consideration, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, the Owners do grant and convey unto the County, in fee simple, and do hereby dedicate for public purposes the street into said industrial park leading from said State Route #7 and more particularly described on the plat attach hereto in order that said street will be hereafter maintained by the appropriate public authority.
