BUILDING LOCATION: No building of any type, includ porches, verandas, and garages, or any portion thereof, shall be located on any lot closer than thirty-five (35) feet from the property line of said lot adjoining a street or road. Further, building side yards shall be determined as follows: Lot width at the building restriction line of 139 feet or less, the side yard minimum shall be 15 feet. Lot width at the building restriction line of from 140 feet to 150 feet, the side yard minimum shall be 20 feet.
