Frederick County Circuit Court Clerk's Office in Deed Book 344 at Page 235. The said
land fronts the southwest quadrant of the intersection of Lenoir Drive (Route F-732) and
Century Lane (Route 862) in Gainesboro (formerly Stonewall) District, Frederick
County, Virginia and is bounded as follows:
Beginning at a ''/2" iron rebar set in the southeastern boundary of Lenoir Drive (Route F-
732) corner to Austin J. King, Et Als (said rebar being located N49°30'33"E — 330.00' of
a'/2" iron rebar found at the northwest corner of said King, Et Als land); thence with the
southeastern boundary of Lenoir Drive N4990'33"E — 319.81' to a''/2" iron rebar set at
the P.C. of a curve to the right in the southwestern boundary of Century Lane (Route
