Dear Mr. Gilpin:
This letter is to confirm that the final plats for the subdivision related to the extension of Tyson Drive
in Stonewall Industrial Park have been administratively approved. This subdivision provides a 981-foot
extension (approximately) to Tyson Drive containing an 80-foot right-of-way width. A construction
guarantee in the amount of $306,700.00 has been provided to secure the road construction project.
Today, you were notified to pick up the approved copies of the subdivision plat. Please return a
recorded copy of the plat to this office. Please call me if you have any questions regarding this
subdivision.
