This letter is to confirm the action taken by the Frederick County Board of
Supervisors on November 12, 1986.
Approval of the subdivision request of the Snapp Land for the division of one
parcel into two lots. This property is located on the northside of Route 7,
along the east side of the Regency Lake entrance in the Stonewall Magisterial
District.
If you have any questions regarding this matter, please do not hesitate to call

ADJACENT LAND USE AND ZONING: Division of one parcel into two lots.
PROPOSED USE AND IMPROVEMENTS:
REVIEW EVALUATIONS:
Highway Department - No objection to this division of land. However, if and
when this property develops and the proposed street is added to the Secondary
System, the minimum commercial entrance requirements will apply.
Sanitation Authority - Water and sewer is currently available to Parcel B
upon completion of the lines serving the first section of Regency Lake
Estates.
Greenwood Fire Company - No comment.
Planning and Zoning - No objection. Street and sewer/water requirements will
be fulfilled when the entrance and first section of Regency Lake Estates is
completed.
STAFF RECOMMENDATIONS: Approval.
PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATIONS: Unanimous approval.
