Though this application was submitted prior to the recently revised buffer and screening requirements, the staff would encourage the developers to provide a landscaped screen as described by Section 2-7-2.1 and 2-7-2.2 of the amendments as follows: 2-7-2.1 Full Landscaping - Full landscaping is designed to lessen the impact of noise or visual interaction between adjacent activities.
