No horses, ponies, cattle, swine or other livestock or poultry, may be kept, nor dog kennels maintained, on either of said lots. 5. No open burning of leaves, trash or other debris shall be permitted on either lot. 6. No live trees may be cut or removed from either lot except IIsuch as may be necessary for clearing of building site or appropriate land- 7. No "Dust: to Dawn" lights may be maintained on either lot and any other type of outside light shall be properly shaded.
