This subdivision allows for the creation of two new lots having access to a private road. On December 12, 2001, the Frederick County Board of Supervisors approved a waiver to the Subdivision Ordinance, Chapter 144-24C, allowing two of these three lots to be created without state road frontage. The newly created Lot 1 has existing state road frontage along Route 522 (North Frederick Pike) as well as frontage along the private road.
