McCandlish, Receiver, was appointed Receiver of the property of the Alma B. Rhinehart and Paul E. As part of this instrument the Grantor herein consents to the boundary line adjustment as set forth in Exhibit A, so as to create the parcels A and B as reflected thereon. EXPRESSLY RESERVED from this conveyance for the use of the Receiver, the said Alma B. Rhinehart, and their successors and heirs, is an easement fifty feet (501) in width to provide ingress and egress extending from Virginia Secondary Route 809 to the remaining property of the Grantor, described as Parcel A on Exhibit A hereto.
