The systems were inspected and appeared to be functioning properly on 5/26/94. There is no guarantee that the system will function property in the future. City of Winchester: No comment. Planning & Zoninq: This proposal had previously been presented to the Commission as a discussion item (3/16/94), and a wavier for the lot that does not have street frontage was approved. SUMMARY OF PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION: The Planning Commission heard this request at their regular meeting on July 6, 1994. This situation had been reviewed previously by the Commission and there was no discussion and no opposition to the request.
