RE: Approval ofRevised RT&T Partnership Master Development Plan for Kernstown Business Park
Dear Mr. Baker:
Frederick County administratively approved revisions to the referenced plan on November 4, 1998.
These revisions include the provision of a 60 foot dedicated right-of-way from the end of Prosperity
Drive to the western property boundary line, the inclusion of perimeter and internal buffer and
screening areas, and the delineation of the approved B-2 and B-3 zoning district areas within the
business park. All other design elements approved by Frederick County on September 3, 1991 are
applicable to this project.
Enclosed is three copies of the revise master development plan with appropriate signatures for
distribution to all relevant parties. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions
