As discussed by phone on July 29, 1994 we have performed a final inspection of
the referenced project. For the most part all punchlist items have been
completed. However, two outstanding items remain: a section of cracked curb
within the G. W. Motors' entrance and some minor shoulder settlement. As agreed
these items can be addressed during the one year follow-up inspection process.
Based on the number of employees at the new Corp of Engineers' facility, we can
consider minimum service requirements met to allow for the addition of Prince
Frederick Drive if you so desire. Please understand normally three (3) occupied
businesses would need to be present in order to add a street to the Secondary
System.
For your information the total length of Prince Frederick Drive is 0.41 mile.
Through copy of this letter to Mr. W. Wayne Miller, I am providing him with a
legal description of the street in order to prepare the necessary Board
resolution.
I am enclosing for your use a copy of information needed prior to the acceptance
of subdivision streets into the Secondary System. Once you have provided Items
1, 2 and 3 we can decide on a practical addition date. This will allow us to
determine the required maintenance fee amount and surety bond term. In addition
to quitclaim permits from the various utilities, permit applications from the
owners of the various entrances onto Prince Frederick Drive will also be
required. I have enclosed land use permit applications which will need to be
completed, signed and returned to cover the G. W. Motors and Corp of Engineers'
entrances.
