deed, as a part of the same transaction, does hereby grant and convey with general
warranty of title unto the said party of tiie second part, his heirs and assigns for-
ever, the folloc>ring lot or parcel of ground lyinc, on the South side of the Buffalo
Lick Road, in Shawnee District, in Frederick County, Virginia, and about 11 miles from
Vinchester. A plat of this lot is recorded v°rith a deed this day made by the party of
the first part to J. VJ. Baker, crherein this lot is referred to as Lot No. 15 in Block
1, which prat is of record in the County Clerk's Office of Frederick County, in deed
book 174, page 394. Said lot being more particularly described as fronting on said
Buffalo Dick Road 75 feet with a depth for an even widtil of 300 feet.

survivorship, the said Samuel H. Fenton having died heretofore, and his last will
and testament by which he left his entire estate to the Grantor being of record in'
Will Book 63, page 1, of the aforesaid Clerk's Office.
