Butler Attorney at Law 11 South Cameron Street Winchester, VA 22601 RE: Albin Acres, Section II - Thwaite Avenue Dear Ben: Thanks for the recent package on Thwaite Avenue. I sure want to get all these streets into the secondary system as soon as possible. I talked to Bob Childress about this on Tuesday and he said he had an inspection of this street scheduled and would get me a legal description soon so I can proceed with the resolution. I observed the other evening that Adelphia Cable is in the process of installing underground cable on this street. I suggest you request a quit claim permit from them also so we don't have any glitches downstream. If you have any questions please give me a call. Bes Regards, W.
